Personal integrity is a paramount leadership virtue.

When leaders lose a reputation for integrity, they also lose the trust which people have placed in them personally and in their leadership. And people are hesitant to follow any leader whom they cannot trust.

In this program we examine the interplay of integrity and trust in a leader’s ability to exert influence. Leaders may not always succeed merely because they are trusted and have integrity. But they are certainly likely to fail if either of these qualities is missing.
