Exceptional leaders are usually attuned to the need to rid themselves of beliefs which limit the sense of possibility both for themselves and for their people. Nevertheless, even after they make their best effort in this regard, they are often left saddled with beliefs which put a cap on their "possibility thinking."

What they overlook is a group of what I call "sneaky beliefs." They are limiting beliefs which don't look like beliefs. They disguise themselves by masquerading as statements of fact. And because they are perceived as facts, the leave the impression that we can do nothing about them.

On the other hand, if we perceive them as beliefs, we can challenge them. We can modify them. We can change them. After all, we've been changing beliefs through our entire life, right?

This episode provides "how to" guidance on ferreting out these disabling beliefs and negating their influence.
